DV2011 Application form for the American diversity visa lottery is actually an electronic E-DV entry form which is designed to be provided only in the American Government’s official DV Lottery web site. The forms in the paper format won’t be accepted in the visa lottery program. Normally the application form will be available for a period of 60. The entry form will be available only in the US Government’s official web site in the year 2010 as DV 2012. This application form should be downloaded and filled then and there from the computer within the given 60 minutes time period. If you can't do that in the given time you must restart the process again till you get the official confirmation. Those people who don't have spouse or eligible children will get only one part to fill while the person with spouse and/or eligible children will get one more part of form to add their details. If a person with spouse and/or eligible children fails to include their details in the application form (Even if they are not immigrating with him) will be disqualified from the program at any time if it is found.

There are many private companies which are assisting people to process the application forms. Also they provide their own forms to fill in the internet and they will charge a service fee for this service. But you must know that there is no difference in the computer random selection whether you are applying for the program or someone else did it on behalf of you.

Take note that if you are selected for further processing you will not be given away with the American visa or Green Card. But you will be given a chance to apply for the immigrant visa and at the interview you must proof the required education/work experience and must meet the other requirements as medical examination, police clearance and the affidavit of support to issue with an immigrant visa.
